Based on the approved design direction, we curate fabrics and trims that complement your brand palette and usage needs. Selections focus on comfort, durability, climate suitability and ease of maintenance.
Sampling Stage
Designs are developed into samples or 3D visuals for review. This stage allows for fit checks, visual alignment and refinements before moving into bulk production, ensuring accuracy and confidence in execution.
Fabric and Raw Material Sourcing
Once samples are approved, sourcing begins for fabrics and raw materials. Pattern grading and technical detailing are completed to ensure consistency across sizes and smooth transition into production.
Fitting Session
We conduct fitting sessions to refine sizing and proportions across different body types. Sample sizes are reviewed to ensure comfort, accurate fit and consistency across the size range.
Production Stage
With all details finalised, bulk production begins. Our streamlined manufacturing process ensures quality control, timeline adherence and regular progress updates throughout the production cycle.
Quality Inspection and Delivery
Every order undergoes a final quality inspection covering stitching, fabric, colour accuracy and finishing. Once approved, uniforms are packed and delivered as per agreed timelines.
